Put UR 2 Cents In!

NOBODY CARES
   I was walking through Kohl's department store ( on Northlake Blvd. NPB, FL ) several months ago when my shoe got snagged on their cheap indoor/outdoor carpet and I came crashing down on the floor with all my body weight because it was so unexpected.  I laid on the floor for 10 minutes before my friend came back to look for me only because I really couldn't get up my shoulder hit the floor and I needed to get my composure back after falling that hard.
   
SOLUTION - TO BE MORE GOD LIKE: I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED IF THOSE CAMERA DOMES IN THE CEILING WORK? THEY SAID, "YES",  THEN I ASKED "THEN WHY DIDN'T ANYONE COME TO MY AID? " DUH, I DUNNO - WAS THE REPLY! I THEN SAID IF I HAD STOLEN SOMETHING FROM YOUR STORE I BET YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN ON ME FROM THE FIRST MINUTE YOU/THE STORE HAD SEEN ME! THEY REPLIED, WE'RE SORRY HERE IS SOME KOHL'S CASH - TOLD THEM WHERE TO SHOVE THE KOHL'S CASH!

  1. you are so right, now of days these department stores and their customer service are so rediculous.no people/social skills especially when it comes to dealing with issues within the store,and that is the issue of poor training skills of their employees.

  2. I understand you completely, I moved to Florida from Texas and I saw it immediately, CUSTOMER SERVICE in Florida Sucks. I don't know if it is that people don't just care or if it is people aren't bieng trained right for these jobs!!!!!
